An Annual General Meeting (AGM) for an Australian charity is a crucial event that serves as a platform to come together and review the organisation’s performance and future plans.
The AGM is an opportunity to present the annual report, which details financial statements and achievements over the past year.
Attendees usually discuss strategic goals, elect or re-elect board members, and address any significant issues or changes in governance.
